You will get this issue if you missed too many versions of Listgo before. To solve this issue, please follow these steps:
- Go to https://themeforest.net/downloads
- Looking for Listgo -> Click on Download button -> Installable WordPress file only
- Log into your site
- Click on Plugins -> Deactivate all Listgo’s plugins (It should contain Wiloke in the plugin name) -> Delete all of them
- From the admin sidebar, click on Appearance -> Themes -> Activate another theme -> Delete Listgo
- Now, click on Add New -> Uploading the latest version of Listgo (the file you downloaded at the step 2)
- Once the theme has been activated -> Click on Appearance -> Install Plugins -> Install and Activate all required plugins
